We agree your departure time when you book, collect you from your Brisbane hotel, and shape the day around what you actually want to see. Your guide is yours for the whole day, so you can linger somewhere beautiful or move on early.
Two island days can be run privately: our signature Stradbroke Island day, or our Indigenous Culture day led by a Quandamooka guide. Tell us which one appeals and we will build the day out from there.

A private tour books out the vehicle for your group alone, for up to 11 guests. Keeping groups small is part of our eco accreditation, and it is how we like to run the day.
Every private tour is quoted for your group as a whole rather than per person. Send an enquiry with your date and group size and we will reply within 24 hours, usually the same day. Lunch is the only add-on, and you choose from three options.
Lunch is not included in the tour price, and there are three ways to handle it. Bring your own or buy something at Point Lookout, at no extra charge. Add a prawn roll and a drink at The Prawn Shack for $20 per person. Or sit down to lunch at Six Beaches Fish Grill & Bar for $45 per person, from a set menu we send with your quote. Tell us which you prefer when you enquire and we will fold it into your quote.
Full payment confirms your booking. Once you are happy with the quote we send a secure payment link, and your date and start time are locked in.
Cancel 7 or more days before your tour date and you receive a full refund. Inside 7 days we are unable to offer a refund. This is different from our scheduled day tours, which have a 24 hour policy.
We take bookings up to 48 hours ahead, subject to availability. We only have a limited number of vehicles, so book as early as you can to secure your date.
There is no fixed departure time. We agree a start time with you when you book, and your guide collects you from your Brisbane hotel.
Private hotel pickup is included anywhere in greater Brisbane, including the airport, the CBD, Southbank, Milton, and West and South Brisbane. We collect from hotels only.
Tours run rain or shine. If the weather or conditions become unsafe and we make the call to cancel, we will offer a full refund or a change of dates.
Yes, children of all ages are welcome. Let us know their ages when you enquire so we can have the right child seats ready. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
